PRHK Recruits for its first Next-Gen Leaders Sub-Committee
PRHK is looking for next-gen leaders among its agency firms who would like a leadership role in the industry and to get valuable experience to help them achieve their goals. PRHK is creating a Next-Gen Board Sub-Committee who would be responsible for driving a key PRHK initiative and something dear to everyone’s hearts and health – how to improve work-life balance in the industry. Many agencies are addressing this within their own individual firms but the PRHK believes that with industry support and the drive of our next gen talent, the issue will get the broader attention it deserves. We are looking for five to eight next-gen leaders who are currently in an account director or above position to take up this challenge. The only requirements are a passion for the well-being of the industry and a commitment to collaborating with next-gen leaders of other agencies to develop a solution that could benefit PR professionals of all levels and help to set new standards for the industry.
