Navigating your career at an agency can be challenging, especially at the SAE level. All of a sudden, the skills that made you a stellar AE and SAE don’t matter as much compared to your soft skills. Soft skills are inherently harder to learn and master because they fall outside of the hard, job specific skills that you have learned over time. They are also dependent on a number of factors – all of which are rooted in your emotions and reactions to others.
